ME8S003 Series
High-performance 1T 8051-compatible 8-bit MCU — modern peripherals, ultra-low cost.
Series Overview
The ME8S003 series (e.g. ME8S003F4x6) embeds a 1T high-performance 8051-compatible core running up to 48 MHz, fully instruction-compatible with the classic MCS-51. It combines the familiarity of 8051 development with modern on-chip peripherals: a 12-bit 1 Msps ADC, analogue comparators, multi-channel PWM, carrier (infrared 38 kHz) output, single-wire communication, two UARTs, SPI and I2C.
Built for high-volume, cost-sensitive 8-bit designs: home appliances, small appliances, infrared remote / carrier applications, sensors, toys, LED control and battery-powered devices. Wide 2.2–5.5 V operation and industrial −40 °C ~ +85 °C temperature range.

8051-Class Drop-In Thinking
Moving an existing 8051/STC/STM8 design? Because ME8S003 is instruction-compatible with MCS-51, firmware ports are far less painful than jumping to a new architecture — but pin functions and SFR maps differ between vendors, so verify the datasheet pinout before layout. Our FAE team can compare your current 8-bit part and advise on the fastest path.
