Frequently Asked Questions
Everything buyers usually ask before placing their first order with us.
Samples & MOQ
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. Samples of our standard MCU and memory parts are free for qualified engineering evaluation (limit 5–10 pcs per part number). You pay only the shipping cost, or we can include samples with your first order.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is one reel (tape & reel) per part number for production orders. For pilot builds and prototype quantities, we can often support smaller orders — just ask. Bulk orders beyond 100K pcs/year qualify for tiered pricing.
How long does sample delivery take?
Samples are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location: typically 3–5 working days to Europe/Americas via DHL/FedEx/UPS express, 2–4 days within Asia.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer (most common), PayPal for small orders, and we can discuss letters of credit for large repeat orders. Payment terms are flexible for established partners.
What shipping options are available?
DHL / FedEx / UPS express for samples and small orders, air freight for medium volumes, and sea freight for full container orders. We also support DDP delivery to simplify customs for you.
Can you lock prices for my project?
Yes. For committed volume (e.g., quarterly forecasts), we can lock pricing for a fixed period, typically 3–6 months. This protects you against component price fluctuations.
Quality & Support
How do you guarantee quality?
All parts are factory-direct from Mesilicon and Puya production lines. Every batch ships with full traceability, and we can provide test reports (CP/FT data) on request. Parts are RoHS and REACH compliant.
Do you provide technical support for design-in?
Absolutely — this is our differentiator. You get datasheets, SDKs, reference designs, application notes and direct FAE support for schematic review, migration guidance and debugging. This support is free and continues after you go into production.
Can you help me find a replacement for the part I use today?
Yes. Send us the part number you currently use (or your BOM), and we will recommend an equivalent with full documentation — including an honest compatibility assessment, because we never recommend a part that won't work for your design.
Are custom markings or programming available?
Custom logo marking is available for qualified volume orders. Firmware pre-programming (code download into MCU Flash) can also be arranged before shipment.
