The ME32S003 series packs an ARM Cortex-M0+ core into the compact packages traditionally used by 8-bit MCUs (TSSOP-20, LQFP-32, SOP-16), giving designers a straightforward upgrade path from legacy 8-bit architectures to 32-bit performance — without a jump in cost.
