ME32F030 Series
The value Cortex-M0 line — maximum performance per dollar for high-volume designs.
Series Overview
The ME32F030 series is built around the low-cost, low-power ARM Cortex-M0 core at up to 48 MHz, with up to 64 KB Flash. It is the sweet spot for designs that need real 32-bit performance without the cost of bigger cores — a direct answer for high-volume applications where every cent counts.
Key Features
- ARM Cortex-M0 core, up to 48 MHz
- Flash up to 64 KB, RAM up to 8 KB
- LQFP-64 and smaller package options
- Full peripheral set: UART, SPI, I2C, timers, ADC, PWM
- Low power consumption for battery-operated equipment
- Industrial temperature range options
